In the area super early bc dropping bf off for a test. Needed breakfast and this was the closest, cheapest place I could find. Being a weirdo, I circled around the mall hoping to see if it outside the mall, only to later realized its smacked in the middle of the mall. But I'm not giving the poor review on that but what I found in my breakfast sandwich. As I was chewing my food, I realized I was chewing on a small piece of plastic wrap. Not really appetizing, and honestly if this didn't happen, I would've given them a better review bc their service was great.

I went and tried the Chocolate Chai Latte that they are featuring this fall and I have to say that I was underwhelmed. While it was warm and sweet and spicy, it lacked the sensual flavor of chocolate. It reminded me more of a pumpkin latte, without the pumpkin. Ordering was confusing for some and it would be helpful if they had a sign pointing to where the line starts.

I made two purchases here on my post-blizzard, mall-walking exercise and shopping tour. I thought they did a great job. The cashier writes your name and order on the cup, so the barista rarely has to consult, just fills the order and calls your name. First visit, the line was seven or eight deep, and still I ordered within five minutes, and received my drink a few minutes later.

I live up the street but this is the closest Starbucks. I am forced to walk into the mall to get here but when I arrive I greeted by friendly staff amd great drinks. Unfortunately two out of the 8 times Ive been here they didnt have dark roast ready. Still a great store.

Starbucks is what it is, but it's the only place in Briarwood to get a coffee. I haven't been to many other Starbucks locations to compare the customer service, but the staff here is excellent. Always friendly, even during rushes of stressed and demanding shoppers.

My most visited location! The staff is very friendly and they remember me even though they see a lot more people than most Starbucks (being that they are inside the mall). They usually have a line of at least 3 people but it moves along fast and drinks are always made well.

Stopped by few times while visiting the mall.... couple of times, it was busy so it took a while and the last time I stopped by was when the mall was closing... they were cleaning, but still got my order... service was okay on the multiple visits... still prefer the stores over the kiosk...
